Staff is friendly but when they won’t call you back it’s Very aggravating. I asked for my windshield wipers to be replaced. They did not replace the back one. The car only needed detailing and gas. Negotiations were done before I went in and no hard sell on extras. Had a flat tire with 9300 miles on the vehicle. She guided me to road service and then bring the car in. Surprised they didn’t have my tire in stock. Waited hours for Nick tocall with results.
