I have always been skeptical of dealerships and pushy salesmen. I was concerned about buying a car in the pandemic. However, since the beginning of buying my new car, Ciara made the process very positive salesmen. I was concerned about buying a car in the pandemic. When I arrived at dealership, Ciara was such a genuine, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable person. She was never pushy or aggressive. Ciara dispelled the bad reputation that salesmen have for me personally. I dislike pushy salesmen because they discourage me to buy a car from them. Overall the experience with Heritage was a very positive one for me. From Ciara to the management and finance office, I was offered excellent customer service. I would definitely buy another car from Heritage! More

I brought in a 2006 Odyssey with more than 240000 miles on it that I had just bought in a private sale. It needed a lot of TLC for issues that were both obvious and not so apparent. Nick was kind and wonderful so no complaints on customer service or experience, however my left rear window no longer opens/ closes so it seems as though I will need another trip make to Honda .. a bit disa service or experience, however my left rear window no longer opens/ closes so it seems as though I will need another trip make to Honda .. a bit disappointed since I already left the car there for 5 hours.
