The first item I was happy about is that I got a same day appointment. The service personnel were courteous and professional. Check in was quick. Since I didn’t wait at the dealership, they periodically cont appointment. The service personnel were courteous and professional. Check in was quick. Since I didn’t wait at the dealership, they periodically contacted me via text regarding the status of my car. Pick up of my vehicle was just as efficient as checking it in.
