Had traveled cross country and needed an oil change. Once I got through to the service dept and was able to speak with someone, scheduling the appointment was easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I was checked in quickly. The oil change took over an hour. While that’s not the worst, I’m not sure why it took that long since I had an appointment. Went in for “Express Service” routine oil chg ., tire rotation and new wiper blades. Took 2 hrs!
