Had a 930am appt with Eric today to buy a car. Arrived on time only to have Eric tell me that the car had been sold yesterday. Eric did not call, text or email me with that information. I had to make numerous daycare arrangements with family and friends to make this appt happen. The inability to communicate is unacceptable behavior in any retail business. The fact that Heritage employs customer facing people who cannot communicate speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. UPDATE on 2/9/22: After sending the original review above, I was contacted by Chris Schroeder, General Sales Manager, to further discuss our unsatisfactory experience. Chris was completely understanding and open to discussing what it would take to remedy the situation. We eventually agreed on terms that were mutually beneficial to both parties and we look forward to taking delivery of a new 2022 Odyssey in March. Thank you Chris Schroeder! More
