They took care of my oil change and tire rotation however the steps they gave me to look at the ac issue wasn’t satisfactory to me. There’s an known issue with ac compressor and I wanted them to inspect it a the steps they gave me to look at the ac issue wasn’t satisfactory to me. There’s an known issue with ac compressor and I wanted them to inspect it and replace given the info I provided under the warranty and 19-091 bulletin. I was told I would need to pay over $400 for an evac and recharge and then come back to see if it leaked. I don’t understand given the steps clearly outlined in the service bulletin to check the system. More

I would like to apologize to the individual who called me in an attempt to assuage my anger from a previous post. It is a thankless job and I regrettably got a little snippy. Bottom line is this. You and perhaps the entire industry believe that it is okay to sell a car when it is promised to another with an appointment to buy the car. There is nothing that I can say to change that. It just saddens me because this speaks to what is wrong with the world. No ethics. There was a day when this would not have happened. But no more. Pursuit of profit trumps everything. More
