Overall , it was a great experience. Anna was wonderful. Couldn’t have been any nicer. Kyle was great. Definitely helped with the whole process. Mike in finance was soooo friendly before we told him that we weren’t interested in any extras . Then he acted like I just insulted his family. Actually , I thought he might start crying. I’m sure I’m not the first person to tell him NO . He needs to get control of his emotions. More
