I ran over a piece of tire and pulled down my skid plate on it. I had been to another dealer, who did nothing for me. I then stopped at a tire dealer, who secured it partly but it was still noisy. I have been coming to this dealership for years and have never had these issues with the service department. They have recently gone through some employees leaving this company due to bad ownership and the never had these issues with the service department. They have recently gone through some employees leaving this company due to bad ownership and the same bad ownership is hiring idiots. This Presitn is an idiot and has no idea what he is doing. The only person who actually knows how to do anything is Kim and she was gone they day I came in. If Kim ever leaves I will be forced to find another place for the services on my car More
I am a former employee and can tell you this dealership has gone way down hill. The whole dealership was sold a few years ago to Jon Weese, this is when everything began to fall apart. The original owner has gone way down hill. The whole dealership was sold a few years ago to Jon Weese, this is when everything began to fall apart. The original owner has regretted selling to this man. He has destroyed the Showalter legacy. Jon Weese treats his employees with absolutely no respect. He then decided to hire a horrible service manager ( Kurt) and the regional Manager Derek Kopp is also horrible. All three of them do not know how to treat people. Derek and Jon truly believe everything they do is perfect and take no blame for this dealership falling apart. The turn over rate is crazy. They can not keep employees. Because of how the employees are treated it has started to affect the treatment of customers. People vehicles are taking weeks or even months to be repaired. The dealership currently only has 2 or 3 mechanics. They have no service Manager or parts Manager. They are short handed in almost every department. The employees that are still here are trying their best and are actually amazing people, but the upper management is a nightmare to work for. More
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Their service department has had my car for 36 days with no end in sight. They kept saying the parts hadn't arrived but wouldn't check with the suppliers to find out why. I finally checked myself after 4 weeks and found out they had never been ordered. They then ordered the parts, but when they arrived, several were the wrong kind. Now they are predicting another week and a half. Throughout, my primary service contact, Kurt, lied, made ridiculous excuses, didn't return calls, and at one point hung up on me. I've gotten no response to messages and emails sent to upper management and the owner Jon Weese. I want them to reimburse me for part of my rental car expense since this delay is ENTIRELY their fault. This is not just a service department problem. It reflects on the attitude of the entire Heritage Ford operation toward its customers. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER OR BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. More
I was treated so poorly at this dealership. I was told my vehicle would take a day and took mulitiple. The owners of this dealership are horrible people. They are running this place into the ground. Employees are quitting left and right. They had a meeting where they told the employees that if they wen They are running this place into the ground. Employees are quitting left and right. They had a meeting where they told the employees that if they went to H.R. with any complaints they would be fired on the spot. The new Service Advisor Kurt yells at customers as if they are children. He turns the phones off during the day because he can't keep up. To be fair it isn't all his fault, upper management refused to train him. Jon Weese is the Owner/CEO and has refused to take any blame on why everything is going downhill. It is always someone else's fault. He believes that if everyone just followed "The Procedures" the store would be a success. The only problem is his procedures do not work and are ultimately making all of his employees lives miserable. I would avoid this dealership at all costs and until they are able to treat customers and their employees with respect. More
