Nothing but good things to say about buying a new car through Heritage Ford. I had been a Heritage Ford customer for several years with zero complaints. In early 2023, however, I decided to try something through Heritage Ford. I had been a Heritage Ford customer for several years with zero complaints. In early 2023, however, I decided to try something new and I bought a Toyota RAV4 Prime. The car was o.k., but I really missed driving a Ford. There are so many nice standard features in the Ford vehicles that are either not available in the Toyota or are not included in the purchase price so you have to pay more. So…a year and 4 months later I decided to go back to Ford. Good decision. The staff (Bill in sales and Celeste in the finance office) were great and made the entire process a joy. Which is not an easy task when you are purchasing a big ticket item. They both gave 200% to make sure that I was happy with my new purchase and that the final cost would fall into my budget. So glad I went back to Ford! More

While I worked with Joe M. from Heritage Toyota as my salesmen, I was financed on the Ford side with some rockstars who got me approved. Joe knew my financial situation and getting approved was something I was incredibly nervous about. While I worked with Theresa M to go over all the financials, Abbie H. was the one who did the leg work to get me approved and I wanted to shout her out and thank her for taking care of it all!! Theresa was amazing to work with, I can't stress enough how easy it was to go through paper work where I truly did understand all the information. She is direct, thorough, and immensely knowledgeable. The whole process was so seamless and stress free, and I know when it come the financing portion as a whole, it tends to not be. The folks at Heritage Toyota and Ford really do care for their clients and strive do right by them. I also appreciated the sales manager Zach R. coming over to ask how things went I told him how awesome the experience was and that I really couldn't be any happier with how things went.
