I began my journey inquiring about a lease. The gentleman that replied to my email, Rich Bettinger with Heritage Ford, took some time to answer some questions. Before his vacation he let me know that a 2019 Ford Escape was inventoried and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. My experience at the dealership was good qnd informative regarding lease vs owning. If I am in the market again, I would return to this dealership.
