When the new Broncos were announced a few years ago, I knew I had to have one. Last summer, I called Heritage to place an order and Areg was paired to work with me. I couldn't be happier with the way thin knew I had to have one. Last summer, I called Heritage to place an order and Areg was paired to work with me. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Areg helped me through the ordering process which was heavily complicated by order embargoes for items that were causing production bottlenecks and together we configured the Bronco I wanted and tailored it such that it would arrive faster than the anticipated year or more wait. During the eight-month wait for my Bronco, I never heard a word from Ford but Areg called or emailed every few weeks to make sure the wait wasn't a problem for me. In the few instances where I had a question or needed something, Areg quickly handled it. Waiting so long for a new car can easily become a painful process, but Areg's professionalism, knowledge, and customer focus made it as pleasant as can be. I can't recommend Areg enough and will be sure to poke my head in to say "hello" to him during service visits! More

Bill really made the whole process of buying a new vehicle very easy and really eliminated any hassle.
