I bought a a 2018 vehicle and hated to trade it. I said I didn’t want to down grade. They sold me a sport model which was in fact a lower model then my limited. I let my salesperson know I wasn’t I said I didn’t want to down grade. They sold me a sport model which was in fact a lower model then my limited. I let my salesperson know I wasn’t happy when I went up for an oil change. I said trust is a big thing with me and when I’m lied to it’s hard to get my trust back. He said I did upgrade because the motor was better. I told him how the models go. Sport, XLT, limited and then one above that. I said now I’m stuck with something I’m not happy with. To fast forward a few days later after having the sport for a month I now own a 2020 limited which has the features of both 2018 & 2019 vehicles I had. I am happy. I truly appreciate all they did to make it right. More

He will get you into what you need. I will say there is one downside to Heritage Ford and that is there isnt very many things you get for your car added in. Other dealerships i was shopping at usually included free oil changes and basic routine maintenance but at Heritage you have to purchase it yourself. The only thing included at Heritage is state inspections. Overall im am very satisfied with my purchase and I will be back in the future when i need another vehicle More
