As I was in the search of finding exactly what I wanted I came across my car online at Heritage Ford. I inquired and that night, Bill LaBonte had my name on the vehicle. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I felt like I had known the staff at Heritage Ford for years, like we were old friends. As an out-of-state buyer and a young first-time buyer of a brand new vehicle, I was a little nervous but Teresa in finance made it so easy and throughly went through each page so I understood what I signing. I appreciated that she allowed me to make decisions on my own without hard selling me on add-on packages or insurance.
