Our experience with our salesman Bill was excellent. Though out of state buyers, he and Teresa in financing made the process completely smooth. Bill thoroughly explained the features on the new truck before we took off the 500 miles for home. I recently bought a used car ( 9 months ago to be precise) from them and the battery just went poof. Gone. The guy that gave me the boost said that this battery seems to be old. Or defective. I called them so they can replace it and they simply said no. They will charge me for a new one. I thought that one of the perks of buying an used car from the dealer was that they will respond if anything was wrong with it. Extremely disappointed about their service and the guarantee they offer which in this case proves to be non-existent. Bottom line is: DONT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY OFFER NO GUARANTEE. More

I have been dreaming of a Ford Bronco for a long time but have never owned a Ford. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a friendly associate at the front door and then met with Turner. The have never owned a Ford.
