This is my second purchase from Heritage Ford, also my second from Turner. Both experiences had been nothing but exceptional! I knew EXACTLY what I was purchasing. I had no questions through the process about which step of the process I was in, and what was happening next. When it became clear to him that the vehicle I was looking at was possibly not the best option, and there may be more suitable options, he presented them a clear manner, with the pros and cons for each vehicle. He included Zack in this process as well, who was also very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. At no point during this process did I feel like I was being talked down to, or ridiculed for having less than amazing credit. Celeste was also amazing! I was also very happy to see that despite being the middle of Winter in VT, there showroom was immaculate! I would 100% recommend this dealer, and Turner, Zack and Celeste to ANYONE! More
