Great experience working with everyone involved in getting me my vehicle. Buying a car can be intimidating, but Charli my Ford Escape! Charlie is a no-pressure rep with years of experience and a solid knowledge of vehicles. Buying a car can be intimidating, but Charlie was amazing with helping me through the process. I want to keep my Escape forever - it's been a fantastic car. However, if (when) I buy another vehicle, I will go to Heritage Ford and I will ask to work with Charlie. I've had the car over two years now, and am impressed and pleased with the service department. They are efficient, friendly, and communicative. I highly recommend Heritage Ford and Charlie Moriarty! I was on my way to another dealership to buy a car when I impulsively pulled in to the Ford dealership- I was curious to see for myself what the American cars were up to after not owning one for 40 years. I went in to look and I ended up driving a new 2023 Bronco Sport home- Jake was an awesome person to work with, very knowledgeable, relatable not your typical sales person (A quality that I liked)- Trust me just go see Jake and you'll know what I mean. What a great experience all the way around, absolutely no regrets. More
