Thank you so much for responding. I did cc Zack and I just wanted other people who are looking to sell their car to be aware that your dealership automatically tells us that they are going to give a low ball offer because of all of their costs. I am 52 and a woman . I have bought and sold a ton of cars and I have never been treated this way. Do better!!!! I know it’s surprising, but women know a lot about cars.

Occasionally, as was unfortunately the case with your Bronco, vehicles are subject to slight damage during their transport to us. It is our protocol to ensure that vehicles are delivered to our customers with any and all transport-related damage having been repaired. We do apologize for our oversight in not identifying the damage on your desired vehicle prior to you taking it home. It is never our intent to knowingly deliver vehicles to our customers that are damaged in any way. As you know, the aforementioned damage has since been repaired by our collision center.
