Love my new Ford Escape! I was out car shopping just to get an idea of what was out there and what I could get for a trade in on my 7.5 year old car. She pleasantly yelled over to us to see if we needed assistance. Had she not approached us we would have drove off the lot. never had a american car... but im so glad i went to Heritae I was in market for my usual BMW or Audi... And I talked to the saleswoman at Heritage and asked if they had any pre-owned there... Charlie was very friendly, attentive, and focused on customer service during my new car purchase experience. Charlie made sure all the deal details were covered and I was very happy with his level of service. While at the dealership I also had the pleasure of working with Stephen Lehr and Steve Conners. Both were also very professional. Stephen finished the financial portion of the sale and was very meticulous, professional, and friendly. While at the dealership I also spoke to Patrick Crowley. Although Crowley was not my direct salesperson, he was friendly and made sure I was being helped. While waiting for delivery of my new car, I noticed a few of the little things that make Heritage Ford top notch. While sitting in the waiting area I happened to notice Thomas Ward open the showroom door for a couple coming in to the dealership. I thought that the professional gesture of simply opening the door was top notch and I was very impressed. Again, Charlie was my primary salesman and I was very impressed with his customer service.
