When I came back into the dealership to work with Corey, he was really dedicated to helping me find the right car at a price point within my budget. I had a great time searching for cars and didn't get the same pressured feeling I got at most other dealerships. After I'd finally found the perfect car, Corey and Stephan were awesome about helping me choose the right lease agreement and get all the paperwork in. They were really great and gave me a great price on my trade in. Even after the sale, Corey and the rest of the team at Heritage have always been available to help with any and everything I have questions about. We stopped in on a Saturday to lease our second Ford vehicle. We had previously worked with Charlie and Steve and wanted to make sure we worked with them again. As a matter of fact, before we left our home, my wife said, "We are not working with anyone except Charlie." I wholeheartedly agreed. It's hard to find a salesman that is not pushy, listens to what your needs are and makes things happen quickly. Steve worked with us in both instances as well. He was friendly, explained things and answered all of our financing questions. We have referred several people to Heritage and told them to specifically ask for Charlie. It was about 4 yrs ago when I leased a Ford Fusion 2010 from you, and since then, I have moved to NYC, in the Bronx. I went to turn my car in there after the lease was up and before I knew it, they had bought it from Ford Credit and sold it back to me!! They made me feel like they were fixing my credit score and that they couldn't just take the car back. Lies,lies, lies. After having a rough experience with another local dealership, I found myself at Heritage Ford. I had just sold my current vehicle and was supposed to be buying another when after making a deposit, su dealership, I found myself at Heritage Ford. I had just sold my current vehicle and was supposed to be buying another when after making a deposit, suddenly there weren't any vehicles available anymore. I found myself car-less and in a rush to find something else I'd be happy with. The first person I interacted with was Charlie. He was extremely friendly, informative, and helped me figure out that what I knew I liked, and what I thought I wanted, wouldn't help or make me as happy as what I wanted. I left having my faith restored in dealership sales. Although I purchased a used vehicle, I was not treated any differently than the other people buying new vehicles. Charlie was absolutely wonderful. I can't stop raving about him. Steve Connors was nice to talk to and helped me get to the payment I wanted while filling out the finance information. I was surprised at how well Steve worked, even with his hand in a cast! Corey went out of his way to stop by and talk to my husband and I while Charlie was gone prepping the car. He offered short, but nice conversation to help us pass the time. Everyone we interacted with at Heritage was wonderful, and I will most definitely be back in the future. More
