My wife and I were looking at getting out of our lease with Honda and started looking at the Ford Fusion.. I didn't want to have to go down to the dealership and wait in the showroom and have to deal with with Honda and started looking at the Ford Fusion.. I didn't want to have to go down to the dealership and wait in the showroom and have to deal with the salesman's rhetoric, over the years I had had enough of it and just wanted to have my wife look at one up close and maybe sit in one. See I was trying to convince her to get out of her Honda, we ended up at Heritage and ran into Corey in the parking lot he took us up to the Fusion's and let us just look at one and sit in it, My wife loved it we let Corey know that we would be interested and would get back to him. A couple of phone calls and emails later we settled on a Fusion Corey had in stock. So we were on our way into see Corey and trade in the Accord when a truck traveling the other way slid into our lane and hit us head on totaling out the accord ouch..yes it really happened. I called Corey on the way to the ER I don't think he believed me at first thinking maybe I was blowing him off and using any excuse I could. Well later that day I called back and let them know we wouldn't be in any shape to do the deal but was still interested in the Fusion, Corey let me know two things one that they would hold the car for us until we were ready and that with the accord totaled the deal would be better for us. Also our finance guy Steve was very accommodating by allowing me to come down and sign the paperwork them put it all in an envelope bring it home to me wife have her sign at home see she was still recovering from the accident and bring it back pick up the car and go in my way. The Heritage team of Corey and Steve have won my business over everyone else we can not thank them enough for all the help they gave us in this ordeal. More

As soon as I walked over to the front doors, Corey caught my attention with a friendly greeting and smile. He then said the Ford Focus and the Ford Fiesta are cheap to lease and the focus has been my dream car for awhile now. He immediately guided me to the first Focus on the lot, explained the price, estimated monthly payment for leasing it and all its great features, along with the equipped winter package that was included! We were there for no more than 10 minutes and we were already in the car test driving it. During the transaction, Corey was accurate and professional about discussing the suitable monthly payments for my budget and was quick at getting all the correct information for me. As we waited, I noticed Jaime, the sales manager, went along the desks and approached customers with a handshake, brief conversation and a smile. After my credit check and basic paperwork, I was guided to Steve, the business manager, and we completed the lease and he gave me the run down of the exact monthly payments, the great service I get from Heritage and all the bells and whistles with being a customer at Heritage! My first time leasing and owning my very own car at 22 years old and I had a great experience. Heritage Ford was the first dealership I had in mind and visited and I left a very happy girl!
