I am a welding contractor and I have had nothing but Ford trucks as my "rig" since I started my business in 1994. They are extremely tough and durable and work well in the construction world. I came to Heritage to trade in my F-350 and upgrade to a F-450 . Paul Thibault is the go to guy in commercial sales. He was extremely helpful in helping me with everything from the right color, as well as all the extras in the cab. In the end the truck that I got was completely what I wanted and more! When I went with my wife to go pick it up we all realized that I had forgot to order running boards for it! As it turned out, Paul helped me pick out the right ones and informed me that a new Ford credit that I qualified for would exactly offset the price of the running boards. Cool! My heart felt thanks to Paul and to everyone at Heritage that made purchasing my rockin' new F-450 the best experience ever. I spotted a nice used car while driving by Heritage and stopped in to see if I could make a deal. David Frink was the first salesman by the door when I walked in and we walked through what the numbers coul stopped in to see if I could make a deal. We came to an agreement and I was out that night with my new (used) car. Even though I had a budget that made my offer rather low I felt like David and Heritage were willing to work with me and I ended up a happy customer in the end. More
Our salesman, Charlie Moriarty, was great, friendly, and honest. He went way out of his way to please my wife and me. He even shammied off the car before we picked it up because it had rained early that day honest. He went way out of his way to please my wife and me. Because the car was a special order, he called or emailed us several times to keep us informed about the expected delivery date. We actually felt badly for him when we noticed some scratches on the car. Charlie treated our car as if he were purchasing it for himself and went the extra mile by ordering the exact black paint so the touch ups would be done correctly. He treated us like our purchase was the most important sale he was making. We will definetly go to him when we are ready to make another purchase. We feel Charlie is the best part of dealing with Heritage Ford. More
I've worked with Bill and Heritage Ford for my last two car purchases. Bill always makes sure to not use pressure selling when we work with him. We could not get the same feeling in our hometown of Queensbury NY,the dealership there tried to sell us something we did not want only because they had it in stock. We found the info. regarding Ford finacing on the internet confusing as we thought we could get 2.9% as stated for the Ford Edge, but ended up at 4.9% because of the options on the car we bought. Over all we are very happy with the Edge it is very comfortable, and handles great. It will take a bit longer to understand all the new electronics. But we are up to the chalange. More

I went to Heritage and met Charlie, who was an extremely laid back salesman, and easily helped guide me with my purchase. This was my first new car purchase, so he was very patient with all my questions. He and I were able to connect very quickly and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was able to get a great deal on a rare car model, and I love the car! I would definitely recommend buyers to Heritage and will be returning in the future. More
Heritage Ford overall is a very good dealership. I would have given it a 5 in all categories except for a couple issues in each area. Returning my calls weren't always as timely as I would have liked, the have given it a 5 in all categories except for a couple issues in each area. Returning my calls weren't always as timely as I would have liked, the 2012 Focus is of very good quality but I've had just a couple issues with the service dept in the past, one associate really rubbed me the wrong way but the rest were great, overall experience was a 4 because of the things I mentioned, and finally the price was about as good as I could expect for a special-ordered 2012 Ford Focus (new car, not a ton of negotiation room). Overall I would say that I really like Heritage Ford, we've been purchasing vehicles there for years and we've loved every vehicle we've ever bought there! Thanks to Heritage Ford, I love my 2012 Ford Focus so much you can be sure to hear from me again when my lease is up! More
Just love how the people at Heritage Ford take care of there customers. I just recently purchased a brand new car from Heritage not because of the "DEAL" any car dealer could give you that. Bill the car sales man that I was working with, was straight forward and honest with you. My purchase experience was special to me because I was not trading my old car in. So I did not know how I was going to be able to get over to South Burlington to purchase the car. That's when Bill offered to drive to the other side of the state to pick me up, so I could get my new car. All and all I highly recommend Heritage Ford whether you are in the market to buy a new or used car or if you just want to take a car for a spin.
