Very VERY nice experience I primarily worked with Brett Bush, and he was awesome! Very nice, friendly, no pressure kind of sales guy. This was my first experience at any dealership, and Brett set the standards very high! I'm only 26 and was not expecting to have to deal with leasing a vehicle on my own. Two years ago my dad helped me lease an Escape (great car, by the way!) However, he died before my lease was up. I had no idea what to do since he used to help me with any car decisions. I first emailed Mike Hassett, who connected me with Mike Connolly. Connolly suggested I worked with Brett after hearing about my circumstance. Brett was so nice and accommodating! The whole team helped me get all the Ford rebates I qualified for, which turned out to be more than I thought. Quiet honestly, I was very apprehensive about going into a dealership because of my lack of experience with negotiating and all the other things I heard you need to do when you're buying/leasing a car. Brett made me feel confident in my decisions and was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He listened to what and I wanted and delivered. It couldn't have been easier. I felt comfortable asking about things I didn't know about and Brett was very straight forward. He's awesome! At first all I wanted was a more affordable alternative to my current Escape lease. I ended up leasing a Fiesta hatchback that was on internet special and I absolutely LOVE it! It's such a fun car. More

Amazing Customer Service! We were sent to Heritage website by a friend who told us Heritage might have better offers than the dealers in our area. They were so right. Brett w We were sent to Heritage website by a friend who told us Heritage might have better offers than the dealers in our area. They were so right. Brett was great! He was so patient and thorough with all my questions and requests for more information. I emailed him several times working out the details. The only time I actually went to the dealership was to pick up the new Escape and it was all done so quickly. We have purchased many new vehicles, but this was our first lease. Brett and Abby were efficient and professional and great about explaining everything we should know about leasing. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to get our Escape from Heritage and I will do it again when the time comes. The customer service here gets an "A"! Many thanks to Brett and Abby, you made the experience great! More
