Excellent Customer Care and Sercive Recently I bought a slightly used Kia Optima thanks to the help of Erika. I had gone there to check out a few vehicles i already had in mind. After looking at the few I was interested in Erika brought my attention to the Kia, and helped me get a great deal for my first car. Erika was both friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, and went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first vehicle, to say the least. With help from another great employee, Abby Prescott, Erika and Abby helped me get past what financial issues I had and be in not only a great car, but also have affordable payments. While getting a vehicle was going to happen for me one way or another, it was due to the Excellent service provided by Erika and Abby that made my decision to purchase from Ford. Love my new Ford Escape! I was out car shopping just to get an idea of what was out there and what I could get for a trade in on my 7.5 year old car. After spending hours at two other dealers and exhausted from it we swung into Heritage Ford just to see what they had. We were in the lot and Erika happened to walk by from a distance and noticed us. She pleasantly yelled over to us to see if we needed assistance. Had she not approached us we would have drove off the lot. But instead she spent time showing us the vehicles and bringing us on a test drive. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Heritage Ford. Erika was very friendly and pleasant to work with. never had a american car... but im so glad i went to Heritae I was in market for my usual BMW or Audi... And I talked to the saleswoman at Heritage and asked if they had any pre-owned there... When we walked into Heritage, Bill made the end-of-the-day smooth and painless. He didn't try to hide the best deal available. I loved how transparent the numbers and paperwork is. Several team members stayed late to be sure I left with a new car. Never once did I feel rushed or hurried out the door. I was not patronized being a woman buyer which I really appreciate.
