Kevin Dowd is great Kevin sold me a used Subaru WRX and it was far better than my other experiences wit car dealers. In fact, I'd previously been treated so poorly by dealers that I swore I would never visit a dealer again, but this WRX was exactly what I was looking for so I made an exception and expected the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. Kevin was a no-pressure, no-xx guy and happens to be a combat veteran as well. We easily made a deal that worked for both of us. I would recommend Kevin (and Mike) to anyone who is looking for a car. More

Fantastic! I had been looking for a truck for a while. I visited a few Ford dealers locally to me and they never had the models I really wanted. I decided to c I had been looking for a truck for a while. I visited a few Ford dealers locally to me and they never had the models I really wanted. I decided to cross Lake Champlain and visit Heritage, upon arriving I was greeted by Brett Bush. We were able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with, and within an hour and a half I was in Abby’s office singing the papers. A week and half later, I receive the paper work so I could transfer the registration from my old car to the truck. Everything I needed was included even the DMV forms for NY already filled out, I just had to sign them. Fantastic A+++ More

While Andrew was great, I probably would not come back to Heritage for my next car purchase. The reason is the new car purchase process at Heritage is behind the times. There is haggling involved, the first price offered is too high, then the salesman has to talk to his boss... His boss then gives a lower price which is still too high, then he has to go talk to his higher boss to finally come together on a reasonable price. For new cars, most people today expect transparency in pricing... no haggling. Here is the invoice price... this is how much our dealership needs to make on the sale... First offer is the only offer. With the internet, True Car, KBB, etc... People want to get away from haggling over the price of a new car. More
