He made sure I had all the information I needed and wanted. He also really knows cars. Has been a car nerd since he was 2 years old. Abby made the whole financing/final paper work very easy and explained everything very well. She was efficient, yet very personable and helped to make the whole experience GREAT. Outstanding Service I was looking for a Ford Explorer and had been to several other dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and not one would get me what I was looking for in I was looking for a Ford Explorer and had been to several other dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and not one would get me what I was looking for in terms of budget. I had heard from friends that Heritage was easy to work with so I contacted them via the website and was intrigued enough to venture across the lake. They had a vehicle on the lot that met my needs and Andrew along with the finance manager were able to work it into my budget and I was driving it home the same day. My husband and I were so happy with the service that he returned later that week to purchase a new F-150 from Andrew. We will definitely be making future purchases from Heritage Ford! More
