Bill LaBonte, Sales I worked with Bill LaBonte and the team at Heritage today. Bill was dogged in his approach to my needs and how to satisfy them. He gave me full access I worked with Bill LaBonte and the team at Heritage today. Bill was dogged in his approach to my needs and how to satisfy them. He gave me full access to the car I was interested in buying. He crafted a deal that was fair to all. He is a customer's salesperson: attentive, mindful, pleasant and authentic. He made me like the Ford brand, which I hadn't before I worked with him and it was not a Ford that I was buying. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I will look for him the next time I need another vehicle. More

Just Amazing!! I drove all the way from Upstate New York to purchase a Ford Escape from Bill. He kept in contact with me the week leading up to my trip. Service review The service I received was excellent. I had my snow tires mounted and a general service with oil change. The service was completed in a timely manner The service I received was excellent. I had my snow tires mounted and a general service with oil change. The service was completed in a timely manner an I was able to pick up my vehicle when I was finished with my work day. The shuttle service was wonderful and all personnel involved in my service experience were great. There were no "surprises". More
