Bill had me at hello We have dealt with the Heritage family for the past six years on both the Toyota and Ford side, purchasing/leasing Toyota and Ford vehicles. Our cur We have dealt with the Heritage family for the past six years on both the Toyota and Ford side, purchasing/leasing Toyota and Ford vehicles. Our current lease was on a 2014 Escape was not due to expire until May and I was set on picking up a 2017 Highlander when the time came. But after several calls to bring us into the dealership we finally said, "fine, if that is what it will take then we will take a test drive on a newer vehicle." When we arrived we found out that Bill would be the one helping us that day. Well his personality was very cordial and a joy to do business with. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about vehicles in general. We took a fully loaded Explorer and Edge for a test drive and absolutely loved it. However, we went over to Toyota and road tested a new Highlander to make a comparison, and then went straight back to Bill. Seven-eight days later and Bill not only found the vehicle I was looking for but he had us signing the contract, keys in hand, and on the road in our brand new fully loaded 2017 Edge. Bottom line up front- If Bill had not been as friendly and knowledgeable as he was--I would of been driving a 2017 Toyota Highlander in May instead of a 2017 Ford Edge in January. p.s. It was like coming home! The atmosphere at Heritage is relaxing, and no pressure which makes it feel like you are home.
