Parts off my old truck were suppoesd to be removed and ready for pick up the next day. I've made three trips from fletcher vt. Still not done. I know the service dept. is very busy and this doesn't really bother me , sales said they would fill my truck up for all the traveling I've done, which is fine, but the detailing should of been 200%better than it was More

Through numerous phone calls with my salesperson, visits to the showroom, and test drives, the sales staff was always professional, informative and personable. They took the time. They remember your name. From my first routine service visit, and every one after, service reps and techs showed themselves courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Doing the little extra was standard practice. Perhaps the bigger testament is that we returned when we needed another family car and purchased a 2017 Escape. Returned, without hesitation. And found the experience equally as satisfying. More

He showed us the vehicle, we test-drove it, like it, and bought it. Finding a 2-wheel drive F150 standard cab in the North Country is hard. We looked everywhere. They had one... just one, right off the transport. We could have taken it home that day, (they got it ready while we were doing paperwork) but decided to get it undercoated. It was ready the next day. Incredibly quick! They kept us informed by email and phone. Did not hassle us into trying to buy something else, which we really appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was sincere, open, straight-forward and honest. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you all! More
