I was in a unique situation, as I had to leave town and wasn't going to be able to put everything together before I left(ie.title, sale of my vehicle) If I not want to lose out on this vehicle, so I asked if I could put a deposit down and complete when I got back, they allowed it. Problem was, I looked at and tried out only one vehicle, I asked about others, but never looked at or drove them. When I gave them the deposit over the phone, they pulled aside the wrong vehicle, I never said what vehicle and they never asked, but why would you pull a vehicle that I had not even looked at. They pulled a brand new vehicle instead of the used one, I lucked out and the used one was still there, so in the end it all worked out, but it could have become a difficult situation. Just a little more communication on both parties could have avoided it. Overall, my salesmen were very good to deal with. More

Routine Service, I don't think so This was the first service visit for our 2017 Ford Escape, routine. Routine as in normal, oil change and tire rotation- regular stuff. What wasn't nea This was the first service visit for our 2017 Ford Escape, routine. Routine as in normal, oil change and tire rotation- regular stuff. What wasn't near routine was the personal service provided by Service Rep. Katherine Smith. Katie started with a genuine cheerful greeting. She took the time to ask questions, offer information, and provide follow-up information. She KNOWS her stuff. Katie noticed very small spots (we hadn't noticed) on the driver's side body, she attributed to possible small rocks (we live in VT, some roads aren't paved). Katie asked if we'd taken advantage of the coupon in our purchase packet for touch-up paint, we hadn't (who knew?- Well, Katie did!). Katie made sure any questions we had, or might have, all we need do is ask. Phone call, text, email- she'd help us out. Her attention to detail and follow-through is impressive. After the check-in on the Escape was finished, I asked who I might ask about information on an extended warranty for my 2015 F-150. Turned out I was already talking to her. She supplied print-outs and brochures, asked and answered questions- I got a ton of good information that was geared to my situation and needs. Thanks to Katie's straight forward and honest advice, I think I'll pick-up versions of both the Maintenance and Care plans. Simply put, people like Service Rep. He is knowledgeable, courteous, enthusiastic, and very professional. He was diligent and on top of things at all times, did all he could to come to match the price I was working toward. I could have gone with other dealerships that were closer to my residence, but the interaction with Dylan and the ease of the transaction convinced me in no time that he is the best person to work with. Through the end as I was finalizing my paperwork and getting ready to drive my new beautiful truck away, Dylan ran out and gave it one last wash for a complete customer satisfaction.
