Truly stunning service I just got home with my brand new car from Heritage Ford and I can only heap praise on everyone at the dealership for the experience I had. From start to finish, I felt like I was being treated not just as a customer, but a human being--like my time and wants and needs were all valuable, and like they wanted to help me. Special thanks to Katie for getting me the car I wanted, even going out of her way to make sure I was updated on when my car was delivered, as well as making sure I got the color I was really looking for quickly instead of just delivering me another color that was more convenient to get ahold of. Before I walked into the dealership, I had never purchased a car for myself, so I didn't even know how to set up insurance or registration for a car--Katie helped with that too, explaining how to work with the insurance company. The Heritage team even took care of the registration, and installed my license plates for me before I even got in the car. I also want to appreciate Chad, who helped make sure that all the paperwork was done properly, that I was getting the best deal possible, and that I was getting the best service for my car as well. And I'd also like to thank Celeste for getting the process started for me, reaching out when I first expressed interest and found me a better deal than even what I walked in expecting to get. Straight up no nonsense approach Dave was a great guy to work with. It took us a few tries to find a good fit but we were able to make things work out.
