Great Experience I reached out to Heritage Ford about a used Mercury Milan. Sadly, when I came by to test drive it, it was in the shop being worked on. Every other use I reached out to Heritage Ford about a used Mercury Milan. Sadly, when I came by to test drive it, it was in the shop being worked on. Every other used car I have liked at has tried to sell it with cosmetic damage still needing to be fixed while Heritage Ford made sure it was fixed. I'm still in the process of waiting for it to be fixed before seriously considering buying however Katie has been attentive, personable, and never pushed me to make a choice I wasn't ready for. She worked within my limited time frame while I visited while a nearby dealership actually made me late and asked me to call into work in order to buy a car I wasn't ready for. I never felt that pressure from Katie. She has called me twice since my visit a week ago to check in with me and I couldn't be happier with my experience there so far. Going forward, I sincerely hope to buy a car there as I am very impressed with the level of service I have received so far. More
