There was never any pressure and he worked with the other members of the team to get me where I wanted to be. Dylan listens to you and works with you in a manner that is enjoyable , jokes and all! Great people not everything done Went to the dealer interested in a truck with a plow for my business the first sales person I was pleased with but commercial sold the truck out from Went to the dealer interested in a truck with a plow for my business the first sales person I was pleased with but commercial sold the truck out from under me so they had another truck lesser miles needed work they also included a newer plow. At first the dealer did not want to fix the truck but bill that had become my sales person got them to put the money into the truck only thing I was not happy with they did not have the wiring for the plow installed and I thought when a plow came with the truck that is the only issue I had for paying a total of 23k for the truck and being a repeat customer. More

I wasn't sure whether I wanted to lease or buy, but Katie was very forthcoming and patient when showing me all of my options. She also understood when I felt the need to look at competitors' options and waited for me when I went next door to do a test drive. In the end, she had found me a car that had all the features I was looking for--and with a good monthly payment. That's all you can ask for when getting a car, but you'll get even more when you go to see Katie. She made the whole experience fun! (The financial stuff was a little boring, but what can you do?) It was my first time going to get my very own car, something that I'll remember for the rest of my life, and she did everything in her power to make sure the memory will be one of my happiest. More

We were immediately welcomed by Bill La Bonte, Sales and Leasing Consultant. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership when in reality we probably purchased one of the least expensive. Bill and the other employees were simply outstanding and we recommend Heritage Ford to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. We will return for another purchase! More
