Way to go, Heritage Ford of South Burlington, VT! Heritage Ford is the best among five dealerships I visited over a two month period comprising five different auto brands within ten miles of my reside Heritage Ford is the best among five dealerships I visited over a two month period comprising five different auto brands within ten miles of my residence. Heritage Ford showed sales departments and service departments with superior product knowledge and experience to the other four I visited. Willingness to work with me to select a car to fit my search parameters was the reason I took a lease through Heritage Ford. The car I picked was not in their inventory at my visit on a Wednesday but was delivered on Friday, two days later. Thank you, Heritage Ford and, and Bill LaBonte, salesman, for making a tough decision easy, patiently explaining all sale and lease options available to me, car models and optional choices and financing. Unprofessional, Rude Management in Service Dept Our first call was taken by a young girl I believe Katie. She was unable to answer our questions so we requested management. My husband and I both spoke with the Manager in the Service Dept. Shaun was unable to converse in an intelligent, appropriate fashion answering our concerns and questions. We felt we had good question and concerns and should have been able to have him LISTEN and respond in a professional, timely manner. He requested the vin# of our car and said he would get right back to us. Four calls, messages later and no return call. Once we did reach him Shawn was rude and clearly had zero respect for us as customers. It was a very disturbing experience and we will NEVER use Heritage again. This IS NOT the kind of person we want working with customers! More
