I made the appointment online, got the oil change done and picked up the car when it was ready. Preston remembered little details that showed his attention to his client and that goes a long way. They take great care in their products and are knowledgeable in the cars. I have one complaint only and that was transparency on what happens after you sign the documents and they begin to offer you the warranty add ons. They are wise to choose and costly and can put you beyond your “ideal spend” as it somewhat did me. i would have appreciated knowing they exist and will be offered to me before— especially since I was honest what my ceiling was on monthly spend. I can’t wait to start driving my new Escape and highly recommend heritage ford and Preston! More
