Had to wait a bit to speak to the finance department which is the only reason the dealership itself did not get the full 5 stars but in the meantime Kevin made sure I was comfortable and went through all the features of my new car. Once i did get in with finance Abby was also super sweet. Overall great experience and wound definitely recommend talking to Kevin to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! More

It was an eye opener, I didn't know before that Ford has a such efficient cars.This different approach makes us rethink about what car do we need. The quality of interior design, power of engine, ability use only electricity drive for 20 or more miles and ability charge battery from any electric plug were a mayor factors. But price for this particular choice was top cherry on the cake, The Ford had initiative get down on cost of ownership this car that we cannot to ignore. Bill explained all those benefices with all his best , thanks to him. Moreover , Financial Services Manager Abigail Heck were more then helpful and useful in finding the financial plan and maintaining the car in the future. The purchasing Ford C-MAX Energi was a pleasant time. More

When deciding to trade for a new Explorer the original dealership I bought from was not helpful or willing to compromise on anything. Bill managed to get everything I was looking for and more! State Inspection and a few concerns I took my car in for inspection and indicated a few extra things that were noticed. A. A squeaky brake, B. an intermittent garble when using Bluetoot I took my car in for inspection and indicated a few extra things that were noticed. A. A squeaky brake, B. an intermittent garble when using Bluetooth for phone, and C. When connecting ipod to sync via USB, the songs would not advance. Results: A. Fixed the problem, no more squeak. B. Updated Sync, but garble is still present. Does not happen when I don't use the Bluetooth. They were unable to come up with any other solution. C. They feel the problem is with the iPod not the Sync. Overall, a very pleasant, professional, and caring attitude and operation. More

Exalent service Went in for a oil change and state inspection left with oil changed, truck inspected and two scratches buffed out for no extra charge.
