Terrible I wouldn't advise anybody to go to this dealership we had an appointment to look at a vehicle and we were ready to purchase that vehicle after test d I wouldn't advise anybody to go to this dealership we had an appointment to look at a vehicle and we were ready to purchase that vehicle after test driving and while we were signing paperwork they informed us they had already sold the vehicle to somebody else and did not have a substitute vehicle that was near what we wanted. They said they would do their best to find us another vehicle which they did not and wasted HOURS of our very limited time we have for car shopping. Kyle was great and it wasn't his fault. More

This experience was much better than the experience we had at Heritage ~ 10 years ago. One of the reasons that we stayed away from Heritage so long was the service department. At that time the service personnel were unreliable and didn't follow through. It seems to have improved recently so we are giving it another try. More
