Stephanie reached out to me to check how my current Explorer was doing and if I had been thinking about updating. And I oddly was, so set up an appointment and when I got there, she was ready for me, a Explorer was doing and if I had been thinking about updating. This only took 45mins and deal was done. Came back later in day to take my new ride home. Simple easy, no pressure. Highly recommend Stephanie for you next new or used vehicle.
