From the moment we were approached by Dillon MacHaveren we were cautiously optimistic. Dillon may have the title of salesperson, but the service he provided was completely unexpected and happily welcomed. He was friendly, not pushy all the way through the process. He listened to what we were looking for in a truck and was quick to offer his assistance in finding a truck that had the features we wanted. Dillon answered all of our questions thoroughly about features that we were unfamiliar with and pricing options (this was our first lease in 30+ years of car buying). At every step in the purchase process (mostly done over the phone and text/email as we are located 50 miles from the dealership) DIllon completely surpassed superior customer service and had our perfect truck ready for pick up in a few short days! (Many thanks also to the team behind the scenes, delivery driver and service techs for their part in making this purchase a truly pleasurable experience!) Once we were ready to get to the financing Dillon introduced Abigail Heck to assist us with the particulars of our financing (leasing through our business). Again, we were met with a friendly, knowledgeable and gracious professional. Abby took the time to review all the lease documents with us and answered all our questions. Bill is the man!! I expressed my interest in a Ford Explorer Sport some weeks before I finally pulled the trigger on one. Bill LaBonte continued to check in with me as I expressed my interest in a Ford Explorer Sport some weeks before I finally pulled the trigger on one. Bill LaBonte continued to check in with me as I worked through this process of finding one on my own. I finally scheduled the final meeting to have an Explorer Sport delivered to Heritage because heritage didn't have one with all the options on it we wanted and I couldn't find one on my own. I pulled in that morning and there is a new 2018 black Ford Explorer Sport with 20" gunmetal wheels and every option available on it sitting in the front lot. This was not originally what we could afford because we had to have our vehicle delivered. I asked Bill where that came from he said he didn't know but he would find out. Not more than an hour later we closed on it! The car was meant for the showroom floor and Bill helped me snag it before they even got a chance to put it in there! Great guy, no xxxxxxxx. That's what I like about a sales person. They tell you the facts, truthfully, even if its not what you want to hear. Honesty is the best policy and that's Bill's policy. Highly recommend him and his team at Heritage. Will use again in the future! Thanks for everything Bill, the family loves it! More
