Heritage had a good selection of trucks to choose from and the ability to set up a time slot with Olin was helpful. He made sure that the truck I wanted to look at was ready for a test drive. Our experience with Jake, Celeste and Heritage Ford was very pleasant. After meeting with MANY local dealerships Heritage was by far the most transparent with the numbers. Ryans’s sales manager, Marc, was flexible and approved a few requests I asked for and Abby presented the extended warranty options without pressure at the closing.
