New Cherokee From the moment I went into the dealership, I was met with an extremely non pressure sales approach. Dan was my go to from there on out! I thought I wanted a Cherokee, test drove one, but still needed some time to make up my mind. There were no phone calls, e-mails, etc. from Dan pressuring me - much appreciated. Finally, I decided what I wanted, but it was still in transit to the dealership. Bought the Cherokee sight unseen. When it finally arrived, it was discovered there was a computer to transmission problem. I waited another week until the problem was resolved. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was caring and genuinely concerned about me having to wait to fix the car. Dan went above and beyond to bring the Cherokee to my house, hook up my Homelink and phone. Now I have a super, new red Cherokee in my garage!!!
