When I drove into the dealership, I was met by Gage and he introduced himself and welcomed me to the dealership. He took the time to find out what my needs were, and showed me 2 cars that he thought would he introduced himself and welcomed me to the dealership. I wanted to think about it over night and talk to my wife and Gage said he totally understood that and he wanted me to be sure before we bought any car, it was what we wanted. The next day I came in and Gage had made arrangements with Chase to meet me, as he would be off work. Chase introduced himself and said he would be able to help me in Gage's absence. He made arrangements with Les to get my trade-in appraisal done, which only took a few minutes. Les came back with a very fair trade-in price the 1st time and the deal was made. It was so nice to deal with honest people who made the buying experience the best I've ever had. I had never been to a Heritage dealership before as I do not live in Utah,but you won't find better people to do business with the Gage, Chase and Les.
