My 1st Positive Dealership Experience Ever!!! I have to say that this was the very first POSITIVE experience with a car dealership that I have ever had and I 57 years old and purchase several new I have to say that this was the very first POSITIVE experience with a car dealership that I have ever had and I 57 years old and purchase several new vehicle in my lifetime. First of all, I was not pressured but the sales associate was respectfully persistent in finding me a vehicle. His positive, can do, attitude brought me back and I was introduced to the sales executive that orchestrated my deal. He also was very professional offering multiple options for me. He put his best foot forward right off the bat, no dangling a carrot. His was the best deal I encountered with no exceptions. I would highly recommend Heritage Chrysler Brigham City!! More

Exceptional customer service with a home town feel! We drove all the way from Tooele just to look at a Dodge Durango they were selling. The price was unbeatable. Mike Cunningham with Sales knew we were running late and wouldn't be getting up to Brigham City until closer to closing. When we finally arrived, we were greeted by Dave Bennett the Sales Manager and Adam Doinidis a Client Advisor, who both stayed late waiting for us to arrive. Even though it was past their closing time, neither Dave nor Adam seemed upset having to wait for us. They answered all of our questions, even allowing us plenty of time to test drive the vehicle. They made sure we were both comfortable with the price and even exceeded our expectations on our trade-in. They never rushed us nor pressured us to buy the vehicle, but in the end, we did buy it. We returned back on Monday to finalize the paperwork and Les Barker the Business Manager made sure to explain every detail of all the paperwork we were signing. Les Barker worked his magic to ensure us the best possible lowest interest rate. He made sure all of our questions were answered regarding the financing. I have to say, I do not remember being treated so well by any dealership. They treated us as if we were all long time friends and went above and beyond for us. The fact they stayed till after 8:30 pm the night we initially looked at the vehicle, which was over two and a half hours past closing, is still mind blowing. I do not know any dealership who would be willing to do that. Thank you everyone at Heritage Brigham City. Your hospitality and excellent customer service is to be commended! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You will not be disappointed by how you are treated. Thankful Two days ago Dan and I decided, we would not go to Brigham to look at Jeeps, because we had gone to other dealers, and came away feeling like that the Two days ago Dan and I decided, we would not go to Brigham to look at Jeeps, because we had gone to other dealers, and came away feeling like that there is no way we could get one in our price range (450.00 a month range.), and they were less then up front with us, when we would ask questions on interest rates etc. Then Michael and Dave left us super nice messages on our phone, and it made us think twice and we went this morning. We were greeted warmly, they never made us feel like it was impossible, always positive. They were so up front and honest ,showing us step by step how things would go. When it got to the money end of the adventure we saw Les, he was so knowledgeable, business like, but also personable, I personally loved the guy. When we went to the other dealer we looked at 2015 Cherokees they said no way in that price range. Well I guess they were wrong! My husband and I just drove away in a beautiful white 2016 Cherokee in that price range. After we bought the car, they treated us to lunch, washed our car, gave us a free tank of gas, went through all the computer options (slowly, we are in our 60's), it was an amazing experience. Also on our trade in of a 2005 Jeep, the difference between what the other dealer offered us and what Heritage Brigham City offered us was over 3,000.00 more, When we left there we felt like we were their favorite customers ever, but I am sure they treat all the customers like that. Thank-you Mike, Dave and Les! We will recommend all our friends and family to you. We live in Clinton and of course Layton or Riverdale would be more convenient, but I am telling the truth, I would drive out to Brigham City to be treated with respect, kindness, honesty and where I would receive the better deal!
