Freakin awesome! We were looking for a new Ram pickup and had shopped around even as far away as Kellog Idaho. We decided to stop at Heritage to look at there selections. A nice young salesman named Jorgie Linares came out and did a great job answering our all questions without making us feel pressured. Anyhow we ended up buying a new 2016 Ram Cummings and they gave us the best experience that we have ever had buying a new vehicle. There prices were better than Kellogs and the salesman even took time out of his day off to make sure our truck had all of the accessories put on it and we got a great interest rate too! Thanks! So often we will go car/truck shopping and you can tell the sales men/women is blowing smoke to sell the vehicle and knows little to nothing about 98% of the cars on the lot. I get that it would be hard to know everything and that it is my job as a buyer to know what I am looking at. It is just refreshing to by a truck from someone who knows what they are selling. He not only knew the good but also knew some of the posible draw backs and understood why we might be looking at something else. He gave us time to talk alone and took us to spots where we could get a good test drive. The parts guy was nice and honest. The price was fare. There were a few minor things that needed repair and they did them before we left. When I am in the market for something else I will for sure check thier lot. Good people. More
