Redefined the dealership experience My wife had taken our vehicle in for a repair and was speaking with the sales and service guys about a new Jeep. We discussed it and I told her if she wanted a new car it was going to be her show because I had never walked away from a vehicle purchase either satisfied or happy with the follow-up on handshake promises and shiny white veneer guarantees, not to mention my schedule at work hardly has me in the mood to sit and haggle with the sales staff after my shift. She researched the trade-in value of our current Jeep, cost of insurance and locality of a suitable new Jeep to fit her criteria. After all this groundwork she contacted Bret Davis to present her "demands". Bret bent over backwards to accomodate my wife and in the end they met an agreeable trade-in value and he found her a gorgeous 2016 Cherokee at one of their sister lots. I finally met with Bret and could immediately see why she liked the guy. Very friendly, genuine and great towards our kids. The financing was awesome and didn't drag on and on as I had dealt with in the past. The only hiccup was the final payoff to the previous credit union that held the loan of our previous vehicle but my wife was able to sort that out in a few weeks. just awesome! we were just going over to take a test drive. it was great to have a chance to just look around a little bit before a sales person approached us. we w we were just going over to take a test drive. it was great to have a chance to just look around a little bit before a sales person approached us. we were so used to being hounded as soon as we look remotely interested, but Kyle never made us feel any kind of pressure. because he was laid back and friendly, it put us at ease. and gave us a chance to think things over while we were test driving and we ended buying today instead of waiting a week. they found us financing and had us on our way in no time. other dealerships we had dealt with in the past dragged it out for hours on end. the guys at Heritage Brigham City made everything stress free and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. even with brand new models of the outfit we were looking at, they didn't try to push us in that direction, they were cool with us driving off with a used model. the whole experience was just awesome!
