Sure enough, we saw the exact car we had been waiting for- I called and Bret answered! I told him "Thank God your working!" The car was in Logan so he handled getting it to Brigham and did most of our paperwork over the phone with us as we had friends in town and didn't want to be rude to them. The next day all we had to do was show up, approve the car and sign! Seamless and an enjoyable experience.
