He hass gone to extremes in making sure that he is not just a salesman, but a friend that I can count on. He remembers my specific wants when it comes to anything I purchase and will call me if he sees something that I need to look at. Brett in service takes time out to make sure that you are well taken care of also. I had an issue with one car (under warranty) and he called to get the car into be fixed and checked on parts at the sister location. He never made/makes me feel like an inconvenience when it comes to questions or concerns, but will make sure that I understand what is happening with maintaining my cars. I purchased a used car tonight and need to let everyone know how extremely lucky we are to have them in this town. I will continue to go back to Heritage as long as Justin is there to take care of us.
