Awesome experience! I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Heritage Auto. The people there were great! Tyler was new but was so friendly and if he didn’t have the answer I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Heritage Auto. The people there were great! Tyler was new but was so friendly and if he didn’t have the answer to our questions, he immediately found someone who did. Justin was so knowledgeable about Jeeps! By the time we closed the deal, the dealership was about to close. Some of the guys in the back had gone home so there wasn’t anyone there to clean the Jeep up. Justin and one other guy from the back ended up doing it and to me, that’s impressive! He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was a happy customer! I love how professional the staff is. Mechanical repairs I took my Wrangler in for a check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. The mechanics and support staff were professional, very friendly and conc I took my Wrangler in for a check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. The mechanics and support staff were professional, very friendly and concerned about my experience. They kept my Wrangler over the fourth of July weekend due to a burnt valve. The new head, which was in Denver would take the weekend to arrive until 6 July. The service staff provided me with a free loaner , Which my previous Jeep dealer would have never done! The car had to be returned with a full tank of gas was the only requirement. The service crew made the repairs ans returned my Jeep in a very reasonable amount of time. I am an instant customer for life with Heritage Jeep Chrysler Ram and Dodge! More
