Mechanical repairs I took my Wrangler in for a check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. The mechanics and support staff were professional, very friendly and concerned about my experience. They kept my Wrangler over the fourth of July weekend due to a burnt valve. The new head, which was in Denver would take the weekend to arrive until 6 July. The service staff provided me with a free loaner , Which my previous Jeep dealer would have never done! The car had to be returned with a full tank of gas was the only requirement. The service crew made the repairs ans returned my Jeep in a very reasonable amount of time. I am an instant customer for life with Heritage Jeep Chrysler Ram and Dodge! More

We had just walked into the dealership and we were asked how we could be helped. the few times we have gone to large dealerships, I felt like a lost person, not knowing where to go, or who to talk to to get the help I was looking for. But the people at Heritage Dodge, were friendly, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was refreshing to not feel like a bottle bobbing in the big ocean. The atmosphere at Heritage is very personable and friendly. We had made an appointment to talk with salesman Bret Davis. He was prompt and friendly. He asked what colors we were interested in, I said Red, and he promptly brought out the truck we were interested in.
