On the day l went to picked up my car Bret had the day off but he still came in and made sure everything was ready proir to my arrival. We I arrived we did a walk around of the car and found a few rock chip so while i signed papers Bret went in and found the chip touch up paint and he himself went out and fixed the chips.. Over all the team was amazing to work with.. I would recommend Bret to anyone that does not like to be jerked around when buying a car. He was completely upfront about everything and was not pushy.. Heritage ultimately won our purchase of a new 2019 Dodge Ram Bighorn...beautiful truck I have to say. They won with Bret Harris's excellent salesmanship and the team that was with him including Justin Packer the co-salesman in this effort. Bret was a library of knowledge on the Ram, non-pressure but always there and responsive and at least on the outside, patient. And Bret was just an outright friendly guy to deal with. For some reason I really liked seeing the team spirit of all the employees I came in contact with at Heritage. I'd be talking to Bret about Chrysler Co. incentives a competing dealership in Idaho was offering us and there'd be another employee of Heritage that had listened in and was immediately on the computer checking Chrysler guidelines for validation. Pretty soon this associate was injecting feedback to Bret and his prospective customer's conversation. Then Les, got involved making me aware of other incentives that we qualify for that the competing dealer brushed off and didn't take the time on...Military and FFA being two of them...these are Chrysler Co. $$$ incentives that a dealership can use with no money out of their pocket but amount to a lower price to the customer. Bottom line, we bought our new truck at Heritage because they gave us a great trade-in value, took the time to maximize the Chrysler Co. incentives, exercised a great team effort and found the beautiful new Dodge Ram that fit us. It was a good experience and fun to see the Heritage team at work. More

That's all really good but, he also goes the extra mile in finding every rebate, incentive and discount that's available for the vehicle we want. In checking with other dealers Bret can always save us several hundred dollars over what other dealers can or will do. The atmosphere of the Dealership is very family oriented and there is never any presure to do anything. The sales director in the office is the nicest guy in the world and he doesn"t have a blue double breasted suit nor does he have slicked back shinny hair or a skinny moustache. Everybody in the dealership is friendly and they really take their time to make sure you know how to work or operate every gadget or feature on your new vehicle. Starting with Brett they are the best guys I have ever dealt with when buying automobiles over the pasat 65 years. More
