Bought a new Gladiator and just had the first oil change done. Got home and smelled oil burning. Looked underneath to see a quart on the garage floor. Went back and they didn't replace the oil filter o-r done. Got home and smelled oil burning. Looked underneath to see a quart on the garage floor. Went back and they didn't replace the oil filter o-ring (which the mechanic didn't know the name of), so they put a new one on and spray a bunch of brake cleaner. Get home and check the oil, NOTHING on the dipstick. Third time back and they finally top it off with oil. Brand new truck now smells like burned oil and brake cleaner, and oil is still dripping on my garage floor. Easiest job in the world and they don't get it right thrice over. They owe me a clean truck and a clean garage and won't see me again. More
