Helpful service! I had just bought my first used 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee - and I had tow bar package installed on it, but the towing instructions portion of the manua I had just bought my first used 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee - and I had tow bar package installed on it, but the towing instructions portion of the manual was lost. National Jeep customer support didn't have access to old manuals. Tech Authority only sold printed copies and I needed instructions right away. Pulled in the dealership and Justin Terry came out, and he was a huge help! He was friendly. He searched for the missing instructions on his phone and took screenshots and texted them to me. He even helped me with adjusting the tow bar kit to make sure Jeep wasn't braking while towing. Thank you so much for the awesome service! More
